Job summary

Falck in Denmark is seeking a student assistant to join the IT Field Support & Services team. You will share both front-end and back-end IT tasks, including administrative duties related to mobile phones and subscriptions, with a strong focus on service-minded problem-solving and a solid understanding of IT environments.

You will work between 16-20 hours per week, mainly 8-16, with some flexibility to accommodate exams or study needs as discussed with your manager.

Qualifications

• Interest and experience in a standard PC environment
• Experience working in Windows 11
• Pursuing IT education (beginner to middle)
• Fluent in English and Danish

As a student assistant you will be expected to work between 16-20 hours each week, with the majority of these hours placed between 8-16 during a normal work week. There is some degree of flexibility regarding which days and how you place the hours, which can be agreed with your manager. This is especially important when your studies require more than normal from you, for instance in regards to exam periods.

About Us

IT Field Support & Services, Europe is a department under Global IT that provide IT services in all countries where Falck has larger operations. In Denmark, we are a team of 3 full-time resources and 3 student assistants and we are now looking into expanding.

About You

• Have an interest and experience in standard PC environment
• Have experience working in Windows 11
• Are in the beginning or middle or relevant IT education
• Have understanding for PC hardware, how it connects and operates
• Are comfortable to work in outlook, excel and word
• Are well structured and interested in learning, understanding and improving internal processes

Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish is required.
