Sonova Audiological Care Denmark is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with hearing loss. As part of the international Sonova group, operating in more than 100 countries with more than 17.000 colleagues, we are the leading private provider of hearing aids in Denmark with a mission to break down the barriers of the usage of hearing aids.
We have around 80 hearing centres across the country with a total of 172 colleagues. Most of them are helping people with a hearing loss out in our stores, but 29 of them are based – with you – in our Scandinavian headquarter in Charlottenlund. In Sweden we have around 25 stores and nearly 180 colleagues.

We are on the lookout for someone service oriented to join our team of dedicated colleagues. We prioritize supporting our local businesses in Scandinavia with punctual and high-quality 1st and 2nd level support. We maintain a strong focus on concise and clear communication, good problem solving and support.

Your main purpose is to ensure that your colleagues are provided with an undisturbed service for IT applications and client devices. You will report to our Director IT End User Services Europe.
1st – 2nd level IT incident and problem management remotely and where needed onsite including asset management focusing on our shop users including hardware, software and peripherals (e.g. audiological equipment)
Provide support on Applications in coordination with global support teams including permissions and user management as needed.
Problem management both remotely and onsite including asset management and escalation to the appropriate support teams
Support Local Area Network (LAN) incl. switch, WAN, WIFI, troubleshoot failures and work with relevant teams to ensure quick resolution
Support in user on- and offboarding
Participation in service management meetings, identifying opportunities for improvement and shift left (including writing of Knowledge Articles for providers of 1st level support)
Participating in local or global projects impacting IT (e.g. resourcing, budgeting, stakeholder management)
As needed working with local business stakeholders and global counterparts to identify technical solutions and opportunities for improvement
Support and troubleshoot Printer, IP telephony and Signage devices
