If P&C Insurance Ltd (publ), Branch Denmark is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead IT service delivery within the Service Management team. You will drive governance, ensure seamless IT service delivery from internal teams and external vendors, and implement efficient ITSM processes across the organization.

You will build strong relationships with IT units, business partners, and vendors, while leading delivery improvements, change management, and problem-solving initiatives in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ITIL 4 or ITIL 5 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate IT operations across internal teams and external vendors.
• Drive improvements in delivery processes and monitor performance.
• Manage service stability and address problems in IT deliveries.
