Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Copenhagen seeks a Director, Service Delivery to lead Application and Infrastructure Management across the Nordics and Central Europe. You will oversee a broad portfolio, ensuring contractual performance and delivering value through strong governance and growth initiatives.

You will partner with Operations Heads and CxO stakeholders, shaping regional strategy, costs, and roadmaps. The role requires travel across Europe and a hands-on leadership approach in ITIL/Agile contexts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise IT delivery across applications and infrastructure.
• Proven track record with large, multi-year managed-service engagements.
• Strong ITIL, Agile, automation and cost governance knowledge.
• Ability to travel across Nordics and Europe for delivery and governance.
• Excellent communication with Operations Heads and CxO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own customer satisfaction, SLA performance and contractual outcomes across the portfolio.
• Provide consistent governance and drive continuous service improvement.
• Create delivery-led growth by expanding work across accounts and regions.
• Partner with Business Development and Client Partner teams on transitions and operations.
• Define the vision and operating approach for the portfolio, with growth scope.
