Job summary

Publicis Sapient, a digital transformation partner, seeks a Director of Service Delivery to lead Application and Infrastructure Management across the Nordics and Central Europe. Based in Copenhagen, you will oversee a cross-industry portfolio and ensure contractual performance and strategic delivery initiatives.

You will align IT strategy with business goals, drive service improvement, and lead multi-year engagements with senior client and operations leadership. Travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across enterprise application and infrastructure management.
• Experience leading large production support and managed-service engagements across multiple estates.
• Strong client-facing experience at Operations Head and CxO level.
• Proven ability to build and lead technology and delivery teams across distributed reporting relationships.
• Experience with ITIL, Agile, automation and AIOps; knowledge of AI delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own customer satisfaction, SLA performance and contractual outcomes across the portfolio.
• Provide consistent governance across engagements and drive continuous service improvement.
• Create delivery-led growth by expanding work across accounts and region.
• Support Business Development with a practitioner-led delivery perspective.
• Partner with senior leaders to align IT strategy with client goals.
• Create and present technology roadmaps, budgets and improvement plans.
• Oversee internal support and engineering resources and major incidents.
• Leverage AI-enabled delivery and workflow automation to streamline processes.
• Identify risks and mitigate cybersecurity and data protection issues.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources and vendors.
