Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex, regulated IT initiatives that support Clinical Supplies. You will align business, IT, Quality and vendors to deliver compliant systems on time, turning dependencies into clear delivery plans.

You will own projects through initiation, planning, implementation and handover, coordinating testing, validation and cutover with strong stakeholder communication. Salary and incentives reflect position level and market benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, life sciences, business, supply chain or related field.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional IT projects with end-to-end ownership of scope, timeline, budget and risks.
• Experience delivering projects involving multiple systems, organisational areas and external vendors.
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, documentation, change control and implementation activities.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma, life sciences, medical devices or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to handover to system ownership, support and business operations.
• Drive integration and API projects between GxP and business-critical systems, aligning requirements and data flows.
• Manage scope, milestones, budget, resources, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Coordinate testing, validation, release readiness and cutover, ensuring compliance with GxP, quality, security and privacy.
• Provide transparent reporting to senior stakeholders and lead readiness activities.
