Job summary

Novo Nordisk Foundation seeks an experienced IT Operations Team Lead to shape how a global organisation sources, supports and governs its IT. You will lead stable, secure IT services across Denmark, Europe, the US and Asia, directing a core team and a network of external partners.

The one-year parental cover is based in Hellerup with travel and occasional remote work. You will develop a sourcing strategy, negotiate with vendors, and set the scope and roadmap for our ITSM platform, ServiceNow,

Qualifications

Experience from an international organisation with an outsourced IT environment.
Negotiating and managing complex IT-vendor or sourcing agreements.
Experience setting up or changing IT-support or service models.
Practical understanding of IT service management and ITSM platforms; ServiceNow is an advantage.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and leadership on strategy and priorities.
Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive our future sourcing strategy with stakeholders and vendors.
Define and implement the IT support model for the new NNF headquarters.
Outline the scope and roadmap for the shared ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
Ensure stable, secure IT support across Denmark and internationally with partners.
Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, budgets and IT cost allocations.
Lead and develop the Operations team with clear ownership and accountability.
Coordinate timely resolution of major incidents with internal and external partners.
