Job summary

Novo Nordisk Foundation seeks a Team Lead for IT Operations to deliver stable, secure IT services across Denmark and globally. You’ll lead a core team, manage vendors, and shape the ITSM roadmap, including ServiceNow, while coordinating with business stakeholders and leadership.

You report to the Head of Corporate IT and will develop sourcing strategy, build a new headquarters support model, and drive service quality with flexibility for occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience from IT operations or service delivery.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex IT vendor agreements.
• Experience setting up or changing IT support/service models.
• Understanding IT service management and ITSM platforms, ServiceNow is a plus.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead IT operations strategy and vendor management.
• Own service quality across Denmark and international locations.
• Define and implement IT support models for current and new sites.
• Lead and develop the Operations team, establish ownership.
• Coordinate major incidents with IT Architecture and Cyber Security.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage costs and budgets.
• Set scope and roadmap for the shared ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
