Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Hillerød seeks a Project Manager for Production Support Aseptic Manufacturing. You will own a portfolio of production projects, driving IT, equipment and validation from start to finish, enabling new products to production, processes to run better and compliance to stay strong.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover with real responsibility from the start, supporting the site in supplying treatments for patients living with serious chronic diseases.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or pharmaceutical sciences or a related field (required).
• Around 4–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership and governance.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to present timelines and support decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects independently through full lifecycle in a production environment.
• Plan, manage scope, schedule, resources, cost, quality and risk.
• Lead IT, equipment and validation projects for new product introductions and compliance.
• Present clear timelines and scenarios to enable timely decisions.
• Coordinate with line of business, site management and external vendors.
