Cari is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives supporting GxP systems behind Clinical Supplies. You will align business, IT, Quality and vendors to deliver compliant, reliable systems for clinical trials, translating dependencies into clear plans for diverse teams.

You will shape project governance, budgets and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring quality, security and regulatory alignment across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, life sciences, business, supply chain or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional IT projects with end-to-end ownership of scope, timeline, budget and risks.
• Experience delivering projects involving multiple systems, organisational areas and external vendors.
• Experience managing system integrations, APIs, interfaces and data exchange between enterprise systems.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma, life sciences, medical devices).
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, documentation, change control and implementation activities.
• Strong ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive collaboration.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Experience with project governance, budget follow-up, resource planning, status reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT projects from initiation through implementation to handover to system ownership.
• Drive integration and API projects between GxP and business-critical systems.
• Manage scope, milestones, budget, resources, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Coordinate testing, validation, release readiness and cutover to meet GxP and security requirements.
• Manage vendor deliverables with Procurement and internal partners.
• Provide senior stakeholders with transparent reporting and decision material.
