Mascot is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant to support our French market from our headquarters in Denmark. You’ll work within a multicultural team, assisting sales reps and customers with orders, inquiries and after-sales service.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, France, and Hanoi, bringing strong French and English communication, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, service-minded approach to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

Then you might be the Internal Sales Assistant we’re looking for to join our French Internal Sales / Customer Service team.

As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will become part of our multicultural Internal Sales / Customer Service department of more than 50 colleagues located at our headquarters in Pårup, Silkeborg (Denmark). In this role, you will support our sales representatives and customers in the French market while collaborating closely with colleagues in Denmark, and Hanoi, Vietnam.

As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales representatives and customers, ensuring a high level of service across our sales processes and digital solutions.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include

• Providing telephone and email support to our sales representatives and customers, primarily in the French market.
• Processing and entering customer orders.
• Handling customer inquiries, returns, complaints, and warranty claims.
• Advising our sales representatives and customers on our products, services, and solutions.
• Supporting our sales representatives and customers on our online platforms and digital services.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments and locations to ensure efficient handling of customer requests.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and customer service.

You will report to our Team Manager Export and collaborate closely with colleagues in Denmark, France, and at our site in Hanoi, Vietnam.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar administrative role, ideally in an international company.
• Is service-minded and enjoys creating positive customer experiences.
• Is fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Has a good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Works in a structured and detail-oriented manner while maintaining an overview in a fast-paced environment.
• Is proactive, responsible, and enjoys taking ownership of tasks.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
• Has good IT skills, and preferably experience with CRM systems, Outlook, Microsoft Office, or similar business applications.

Working Hours

• Monday–Wednesday: 08.00–16.30
• Thursday: 08.00–16.00
• Friday: 08.00–14.00
