Job summary

MASCOT in Silkeborg, Denmark is looking for an Internal Sales Assistant who speaks French to support our French market customers and distributors. You will join the French Internal Sales / Customer Service team and collaborate with colleagues in Denmark and Hanoi to deliver excellent service.

You will handle orders, answer inquiries, process returns and warranty claims, advise on products and solutions, and help improve sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or internal sales is preferred.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and good English.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Internal Sales Assistant (French Speaking)

Location: Paarup, Region Midtjylland, DK, 7442

Then you might be the Internal Sales Assistant we're looking for to join our French Internal Sales / Customer Service team.

As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will become part of our multicultural Internal Sales / Customer Service department of more than 50 colleagues located at our headquarters in Pårup, Silkeborg (Denmark). In this role, you will support our sales representatives and customers in the French market while collaborating closely with colleagues in Denmark, and Hanoi, Vietnam.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing telephone and email support to our sales representatives and customers, primarily in the French market.
• Processing and entering customer orders.
• Handling customer inquiries, returns, complaints, and warranty claims.
• Advising our sales representatives and customers on our products, services, and solutions.
• Supporting our sales representatives and customers on our online platforms and digital services.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments and locations to ensure efficient handling of customer requests.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and customer service.

You will report to our Team Manager Export and collaborate closely with colleagues in Denmark, France, and at our site in Hanoi, Vietnam.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar administrative role, ideally in an international company.
• Is service-minded and enjoys creating positive customer experiences.
• Is fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Has a good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Works in a structured and detail-oriented manner while maintaining an overview in a fast-paced environment.
• Is proactive, responsible, and enjoys taking ownership of tasks.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
• Has good IT skills, and preferably experience with CRM systems, Outlook, Microsoft Office, or similar business applications.

Working hours:

• Thursday: 08.00-16.00
• Friday: 08.00-14.00
