Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and account-related issues with professionalism and care.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Qualify leads and route opportunities to the right sales executives for closure.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
• Stay informed about new products and features to advise customers effectively.
