Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Denmark seeks a Manufacturing CyberSecurity Partner to lead industrial security across a SVP area in Global Manufacturing & Supply. You will assess protection of production systems, close IT/OT security gaps and set security targets to enable manufacturing with confidence.

This role emphasizes governance, risk, and collaboration with manufacturing projects and external vendors to strengthen security across tools, systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Certifications such as ISA/IEC, CISSP, CISM or CISA.
• 5–10 years of IT/OT security experience in a large organisation.
• Experience with IT security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical or industrial/manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of IT and OT and the ability to connect security to business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across a large business area.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, including vendors, consultants and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Assess security maturity across production areas and systems, facilitate risk discussions and identify critical IT/OT security gaps and risks.
• Define strategic security targets for the SVP area, determine the governance needed for security across manufacturing, and contribute to wider cyber security strategies.
• Advise manufacturing projects on designing and delivering secure systems, including reviewing supplier responses in RFI/RFP activities.
• Act as decision authority for policy exceptions and security control deviations in manufacturing, approving or rejecting requests.
• Support the assessment and resolution of security incidents and the remediation of audit findings, applying relevant standards for industrial control systems.
• Track developments in manufacturing security, anticipate their impact on Novo Nordisk and lead awareness activities that strengthen security across tools, systems and processes.
