Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Taastrup, Denmark seeks an IT Compliance Partner to act as the key compliance expert for Supply Chain IT, strengthening governance, risk management and compliance across a global environment to keep production systems inspection-ready.

You will collaborate with architecture, validation and risk networks, drive initiatives, support audits and advise projects on IT governance and regulatory requirements while engaging senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of IT compliance, validation, quality, governance or regulated IT experience in pharma.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, cGMP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO and COBIT standards and validation requirements for critical IT systems.
• Experience in advisory/consulting roles with stakeholder influence and change leadership.
• Excellent communication to engage technicians and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT compliance partner across Supply Chain IT, guiding governance, risk, validation and regulatory requirements.
• Lead compliance improvement initiatives and standardized ways of working with stakeholders.
• Support audits/inspections and coordinate remediation plans.
• Advise projects on IT governance and compliance requirements.
• Build and lead a compliance network within Supply Chain, aligning with evolving regulations.
