Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Manufacturing Cyber Security Partner to lead industrial security across Global Manufacturing & Supply. You will assess protection of production systems, close critical IT/OT gaps, and set security targets to help manufacturing move forward with confidence.

As the security lead for your SVP area, you will define strategic targets, govern security across manufacturing, and advise projects on secure designs.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as ISA/IEC, CISSP, CISM or CISA.
• 5–10 years of experience with IT/OT security in a large organisation.
• Experience with IT security frameworks, such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical or industrial/manufacturing industries.
• Understanding of IT and OT and how security ties to business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as security lead and senior authority on industrial control systems security for the SVP area.
• Assess security maturity across production areas and identify critical IT/OT gaps and risks.
• Define strategic security targets and governance for security across manufacturing.
• Advise manufacturing projects on designing and delivering secure systems, including supplier reviews.
• Authorize or reject policy exceptions and security deviations in manufacturing.
• Support incident resolution and remediation of audit findings.
• Lead awareness activities to strengthen security across tools, systems and processes.
