Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Senior Business Partner to strengthen strategic leadership support across Global Manufacturing & Supply IT (GMS IT). You will partner with the VP and Leadership Team to shape priorities, communicate value and risks, and ensure coherence in business planning and senior leadership forums.

In this high-impact role, you will drive strategic narratives, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence decisions across a global matrix.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related business discipline.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and leadership teams in a strategic, coordination or business partnering capacity.
• Strong stakeholder management across complex, matrixed organisations.
• Ability to structure ambiguity and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic coordination and integration point for the GMS IT VP and Leadership Team.
• Guide leadership discussions toward strategic outcomes and prioritize key agendas.
• Shape clear narratives, prepare decision points and translate priorities into executive messages.
• Anticipate leadership moments, stakeholder concerns and planning needs for senior forums.
• Engage key partners across GMS Business Support and Enterprise IT early in planning.
• Drive the business planning processes in close collaboration with Finance, People & Organisation.
• Serve as a member of the GMS IT Leadership Team, driving preparation and follow-up of leadership meetings.
• Own the Business Partner network across GMS IT to enable readiness and cascade decisions.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and executive communications to highlight GMS IT contributions.
• Drive follow-up on key initiatives ensuring alignment across functions and levels.
