Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Senior Business Partner to strengthen strategic leadership support for Global Manufacturing & Supply IT (GMS IT), a global group of about 1,000. You will partner with the GMS IT VP and Leadership Team to shape priorities, prepare executive narratives and ensure clear communication of value, risks and priorities in business planning and senior forums.

Qualifications

Master's degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related business discipline.
Experience supporting senior leaders and leadership teams in a strategic, coordination or business partnering capacity, e.g. Senior Business Partner, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, management consultant or strategy professional.
Strong stakeholder management across complex, matrixed organisations, with the ability to align diverse interests and influence outcomes without formal authority.
Ability to structure ambiguity, connect competing priorities and translate strategy into actionable plans.
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, translating IT and business topics into clear messages for senior stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder intelligence to anticipate concerns and build early alignment.
Confident as a sparring partner to the VP, strengthening thinking and follow-through before leadership forums.
Proactive use of AI to work more effectively and enable modern ways of working.

Responsibilities

Guide leadership discussions toward strategic outcomes and priorities.
Shape clear narratives and translate priorities into executive messages for the VP and Leadership Team.
Anticipate upcoming leadership moments and ensure preparation and alignment for senior forums.
Engage key partners across GMS Business Support and Enterprise IT early in planning.
Drive business planning processes in collaboration with Finance, People & Organisation and other functions.
Serve as a member of the GMS IT Leadership Team, driving preparation and execution of meetings.
Own the Business Partner network across GMS IT and orchestrate organizational readiness.
Develop stakeholder engagement plans and executive communications that highlight GMS IT contributions.
Drive follow-up and ensure alignment across functions and levels.
