Job summary

Dalux is seeking a technically strong Technical Product Manager to own Identity & Access. You will collaborate with developers, security specialists, designers, and customers to make secure and intuitive experiences around identity, authentication, access, and user management.

The role emphasizes translating complex security concepts into simple product experiences for both end-users and administrators, balancing security, usability, and scalability across multiple product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity and access management.
• Ability to translate technical and security requirements into user-friendly product experiences.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term Identity & Access strategy for Dalux.
• Own and improve login, authentication methods, and session handling.
• Develop enterprise identity capabilities including SSO and identity providers.
• Improve access management across Dalux with secure policies and controls.
• Collaborate with developers and security teams on authentication standards and scalability.
• Ensure identity features work consistently across Dalux products and teams.
• Translate complex security concepts into intuitive user experiences.
