Job summary

BEC is seeking an experienced Product Owner to own the Identity & Access Management platform, including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, and Identity Lifecycle Management. This strategic product supports all business units and is a core element of our Zero Trust security architecture.

You will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps, aligning with security, architecture and compliance while collaborating with Security Management,

Qualifications

• Experience leading Identity & Access Management programs.
• Ability to translate business, security and regulatory needs into product outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile product management and modern operating models.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken, for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own IAM product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with objectives.
• Drive modernization of identity governance and lifecycle processes.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across security, architecture, operations and business.
• Define KPIs and success criteria to measure outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements including NIS2 and ISO 27001.
