Dalux is seeking a technically strong Technical Product Manager to own Identity & Access. You will collaborate with developers, security specialists, designers, and customers to make secure and intuitive experiences around identity, authentication, access, and user management.

The role emphasizes translating complex security concepts into simple product experiences for both end-users and administrators, balancing security, usability, and scalability across multiple product teams.

Product Management at Dalux – Making Access Simple, Secure and Scalable

Dalux continues to grow rapidly, both in the number of users and in the complexity of the organizations and projects using our products.

As that scale increases, identity and access become increasingly important product areas.

Users need to be able to access Dalux easily and securely, whether they are joining their first project, working across multiple companies and projects, signing in through their organization's identity provider, or accessing sensitive information that requires additional verification.

We are therefore looking for a technically strong Product Manager to take ownership of our Identity & Access area.

You will work closely with developers, security specialists, Product Designers, other Product Managers, customers, and our commercial organization to develop secure and intuitive experiences around identity, authentication, access, and user management.

This is a Product Management role where technical understanding is important, but where the ultimate goal is to make complex identity and security concepts simple for our users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identity & Access Strategy: Define the long-term product direction for how users identify themselves, authenticate, and gain access to Dalux.
• Login & Authentication: Own and improve the complete login journey, including authentication methods, account discovery, session handling, and recovery scenarios.
• Enterprise Identity: Develop capabilities supporting enterprise customers, including Single Sign-On, identity providers, federation, and centralized user management.
• Access Management: Improve how organizations manage users, access rights, security policies, and administrative controls across Dalux.
• Security & Trust: Work closely with technical and security stakeholders on topics such as multi-factor authentication, account security, verification, and secure access patterns.
• Product Discovery: Work with customers and administrators to understand the challenges of managing access across large organizations, projects, and external collaborators.
• User Experience: Make technically complex identity and access concepts understandable and intuitive for both ordinary users and administrators.
• Technical Product Decisions: Collaborate closely with developers on authentication standards, identity architecture, authorization models, security trade-offs, and scalability.
• Cross-product Collaboration: Ensure identity and access capabilities work consistently across Dalux products and support the needs of multiple product teams.

About you

We are looking for a Product Manager who is comfortable working with technically complex topics and who understands that security and usability must be designed together. You do not need to be a security engineer, but you should understand identity and authentication concepts well enough to make informed product decisions and work closely with highly technical colleagues.

We believe you:

• Have experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, developer, solution architect, IAM specialist, security specialist, or in a comparable technical role.
• Have a solid understanding of authentication, authorization, identity, and access management.
• Are familiar with technologies and concepts such as SSO, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, MFA, identity providers, and federation.
• Understand the difference between authentication – proving who a user is – and authorization – determining what that user is allowed to access.
• Can translate technical and security requirements into simple product experiences.
• Understand the particular challenges of identity management in enterprise B2B software.
• Are comfortable balancing security, usability, administrative control, and scalability.
• Can work across multiple product teams and stakeholder groups.
• Have strong analytical and communication skills.
• Communicate fluently in English, written and spoken.

Experience with enterprise SaaS, IAM, identity platforms, security products, or access-management systems would be particularly relevant.

Construction technology experience is welcome but not required. For this role, we are primarily looking for strong technical product thinking and experience with identity and access management.
