Job summary

Trustpilot, Inc. seeks an Identity & Access Management Analyst to own day-to-day IAM operations. You will manage access lifecycles, onboard new tools with SSO/SCIM, and collaborate across Security, HR Ops, Privacy, and IT to ensure secure, compliant access enterprise-wide.

You will handle joiner, mover, and leaver processes, manage elevated permissions, and support audit readiness while partnering with stakeholders to automate and streamline IAM workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IAM processes (joiner, mover, leaver) and access lifecycles.
• Administration of privileged access and periodic access reviews.
• Knowledge of SSO, SCIM, and SAML integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end user access lifecycles via IAM ticketing.
• Onboard applications with SSO and SCIM provisioning.
• Support access reviews and audit evidence for SOC 2 and related audits.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and application owners to resolve access issues.
