Job summary

Trustpilot A/S is hiring an Identity & Access Management Analyst to own day-to-day IAM operations. You will manage access lifecycles, onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate across Security, HR Ops, Privacy, and IT to secure resources enterprise-wide.

You will implement application onboarding with SSO and SCIM, handle elevated permissions, and support audit readiness. A strong security mindset and experience with IAM workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT or IAM roles with modern identity providers.
• Practical experience with joiner/mover/leaver workflows and user administration.
• Familiarity with multi-factor authentication and conditional access.
• Security-minded with focus on audit trails and evidence management.
• Experience configuring enterprise SSO and related standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate IAM ticketing and end-to-end access lifecycles with process automation.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver journeys and ensure day-one access.
• Collaborate with HR Ops on onboarding/offboarding and start-date changes.
• Configure basic SaaS integrations, SSO, and initial access levels.
• Engage with system owners and vendors on SAML, OAuth, and permissions.
