Job summary

Nobia is expanding its People & Culture team in Aarhus and seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner. You will combine hands-on recruitment with close business partnering, supporting hiring managers to understand needs, source and screen candidates, and guide final selections for Nobia stores.

You will work from our Danish headquarters in Aarhus with hybrid flexibility and regular travel to stores, ensuring a great candidate experience and bias-free hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles.
• Strong ability to partner with store managers and leaders.
• Focus on bias-free, high-quality hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and store managers to define recruitment needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on Nobia stores.
• Source and engage candidates through relevant channels and proactive search.
• Challenge and advise managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience.
• Improve recruitment processes, tools, and talent attraction initiatives.
