Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Student Worker in Compensation & Benefits to support A1 certificate applications for Danish employees. This role offers hands-on experience in a global People & Culture environment and requires accuracy, confidentiality, and independent work.

The position is based in Ikast or Hammel, Denmark, with an expected workload of 15-20 hours per week. You will work in a collaborative team handling high volumes while maintaining strict data protection standards.

Qualifications

• You are structured, dependable, and comfortable with detailed administrative tasks.
• You understand the importance of GDPR, confidentiality, and responsible handling of personal data.
• You can communicate fluently in English and Danish.
• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit A1 certificate applications through the MitID portal.
• Ensure updates on the tracker for all A1 applications.
• Track and coordinate communication for A1 application outcomes with Global Mobility and stakeholders.
• Liaise with Udbetaling Danmark for status updates, follow up when necessary.
