Job summary

SD Worx Danmark is seeking a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist to lead HR operations and payroll outsourcing within our SAP Managed Payroll Services and HR BPO teams. You will ensure compliance with Danish regulations, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive excellence.

You will design and implement HR BPO processes, maintain documentation, and support onboarding and training, while contributing to continuous improvement and local operating models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR and/or Payroll outsourcing, BPO, or a corporate HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience managing client relationships and service delivery.
• Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Danish.

Job description

As a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist, you will be a key member of our SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and HR BPO team, ensuring high-quality HR operations across areas such as time management, benefits, pensions, insurances, and employee administration.

You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, managing HR service delivery, supporting compliance with Danish regulations, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also contribute to process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of local operating models and documentation.
