Job summary

Ecojob in Aalborg, Denmark seeks a Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing for our hotel. Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and online platforms to drive revenue and occupancy. Lead sales planning, attend trade shows, and analyze market trends for new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, travel agents, and online booking platforms.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and actively seek new business opportunities.
• Create sales plans and budgets to meet revenue targets.
• Attend industry events such as trade shows and conferences to network and promote the hotel.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations for cohesive sales efforts.
• Monitor pricing strategies and adjust rates accordingly.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales performance.
• Train and mentor junior members of the sales team.
