We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Aalborg Denmark As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth through developing and implementing effective sales strategies You will also be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Manage motivate and train the sales team to drive revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with other departments to develop cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary The salary for this position is 1100$ per month
