Job summary

Tebi is building a Connected Restaurant Management System, seeking an Operations professional to own onboarding and enable success for merchants. You’ll blend hands-on ops, project management, and proactive communication on a fast-paced hospitality platform.

The role sits on the ground with restaurant teams, focusing on live operations, training, and continuous improvement to help merchants go live and grow with Tebi.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with hospitality businesses and solving problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with structure in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in hospitality, early startup operations, or fast-paced account management is required.

Responsibilities

• Run restaurant onboarding: train, connect and implement with restaurant teams.
• Problem-solve for merchants during live operations.
• Support restaurants during the first month after go-live.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, materials and systems.
• Flag product and process gaps to central teams (product, engineering, operations).
