Job summary

Tebi is seeking an Operations professional to own the onboarding process for hospitality merchants. You will train, connect and implement with restaurant teams, ensuring a smooth go-live and ongoing success on the Tebi platform.

The role combines hands-on operations, project management, and proactive merchant communication in a fast-paced startup setting. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to continuously improve onboarding materials and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, early startup operations, fast-paced account management or customer operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structure.
• Strong communication and empathy with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant onboarding with the merchant team.
• Troubleshoot live operations and support post go-live for the first month.
• Identify process and product gaps and coordinate with product/engineering/central operations.
