HITACHI ENERGY DENMARK A/S seeks a Market Manager for Denmark to drive the market strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and secure profitable growth in the High Voltage portfolio. You will own strategic engagements with customers and guide tendering, sales and project execution to meet financial targets.

Requires engineering background, 10+ years in HV sales/market management, and strong negotiation skills. Danish and English fluency and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Candidates with business management background will also be considered with strong technical experience.
• MBA will be positively valued.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in HV business, sales, or market management.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the Danish market strategy aligned with Hub Europe objectives.
• Drive growth initiatives and business plans across the HV portfolio.
• Lead strategic relationships with key customers and negotiate complex offers.
• Promote the full HV portfolio and translate customer needs into optimized solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from opportunity to project execution.
• Own the HV business P&L, including revenue, margin and cash performance.
