Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. invites an experienced Market Manager High Voltage for Denmark to lead the local business unit and shape the market positioning of our HV portfolio.

You will own the Danish P&L, drive commercial strategy, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver growth across utilities, data centres, renewables, and industrial electrification. You will engage with key customers, manage complex bids, and translate market insights into competitive offers.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in HV business, sales, or market management.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional organisations.
• Demonstrated accountability for financial performance and P&L management.
• Strong track record in High Voltage substations, EPC projects, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Danish market strategy aligned with Hub Europe objectives.
• Drive growth initiatives and business plans across the HV portfolio.
• Lead strategic relationships with key customers and manage complex sales processes.
• Translate customer needs into optimised technical and commercial solutions and support tendering teams.
• Own and manage the HV business P&L, including order intake, revenue, margin, and cash performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking, with a focus on profitability and cost discipline.
