Job summary
Oracle Health & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to drive complex pre-sales opportunities across Europe from its Nordic hub. You will apply deep Healthcare & Life Sciences knowledge to tailor Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM/CX solutions for enterprise customers, building trusted relationships and shaping innovative roadmaps.
This hybrid role combines customer engagements, collaboration with regional teams, and office work, with travel across the Nordics and Europe.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
- Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
- Advanced expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPM Finance and/or Fusion Cloud HCM/SCM, or comparable cloud solutions.
- Ability to lead multi-pillar solutions (ERP & EPM & SCM / HCM / CX).
- Hands-on AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable AI in other SaaS platforms.
- Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or similar.
- Experience integrating Fusion Finance with Healthcare EHR and Life Sciences solutions.
- Fluency in English; European languages helpful (German advantageous).
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; design thinking and customer journey mapping are a plus.
- Knowledge in Health Insurance is advantageous.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead Solution Engineer opportunities with domain experts as support.
- Use Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend relevant solutions.
- Ensure customers' requirements and motivations are understood and addressed.
- Present value of Oracle SaaS ERPM/SCM/HCM/CX to stakeholders.
- Represent Oracle as trusted advisor through workshops and events.
- Drive growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications.
- Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Overcome obstacles to help customers achieve outcomes.
- Continually develop skills across Oracle SaaS ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM/CX.
- Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.
- Understand the competitive landscape and address objections.
