Job summary

IFS Copperleaf is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join the Copperleaf Technical Sales team for the Nordics. You will be a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping prospects understand the value of our decision analytics platform and leading enterprise‑level demonstrations on-site or virtually.

You will design technology solutions, collaborate with Account Executives to shape sales strategies, and represent Copperleaf at industry events, respond to RFXs, and support proposal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre‑sales experience with complex software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field.
• Experience with code or scripting (e.g., C#, Java) preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demos and executive briefings (virtual and on-site).
• Design enterprise‑level technology solutions and create enterprise architecture visualizations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to define sales strategies and close deals.
• Represent IFS Copperleaf at trade shows and industry events.
• Respond to RFXs, scope projects, and support proposal development.
• Configure software for custom demonstrations and support proposal development.
• Contribute to internal team development and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and develop opportunities for existing Copperleaf clients to improve solution use.
