Job summary

Carlsberg Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Operations & Platforms to lead the creative tech, automation and AI rollout across its global creative ecosystem. You will build and scale an in-house studio, manage multi-market workflows and budgets, and drive data-informed improvements.

You will partner with the Director of Operations & Agency Management to transform the operating model for scale, with a focus on performance, efficiency and brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with selecting and implementing creative operations platforms (DAM, DCO, D2P workflow systems).
• Experience scaling an in-house creative studio or internal agency model.
• Strong production and project management experience across multi-channel campaigns.
• Background working with top-tier creative agencies or external rosters.
• Data-driven mindset to improve operational health and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative tech, automation & AI roll out across brands and markets.
• Set operational rhythms and best practices for intake, briefing, delivery standards and multi-market coordination.
• Build and operate the central in-house creative studio and scale its operations.
• Manage day-to-day budgets, tools and production costs with clear ROI.
• Use data to track throughput, turnaround time, resource use and savings.
• Connect central teams, markets, IIT and external partners to drive alignment.
