Maersk Group - A.P. Møller Mærsk seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for AI & Data Platform in Copenhagen.

You will lead data platforms, AI-enabled capabilities, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enable real-time visibility and automated workflows. You will drive engineering quality, platform reliability, and cost efficiency while aligning with enterprise cloud strategies and governance.

Qualifications

• MS or BS in CS or engineering; 18+ years in technology leadership.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams in data platforms, analytics or AI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Exposure to AI/ML or agentic AI–enabled use cases.
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on outcomes, reliability and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data platforms, data products, and AI-enabled applications.
• Enable agentic AI adoption and data pipelines to support AI workflows.
• Drive integrated data foundations for end-to-end visibility.
• Ensure governed data access and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Align with enterprise architecture and cloud strategy across teams.
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams; drive Agile delivery.
• Establish governance for platform performance, availability and cost.
