Carlsberg Group is forming a Creative & Experience team and seeks a Senior Manager - Ops & Platforms to transform our creative operating model. You’ll build, scale and run an in-house ecosystem delivering world-class creative and content at scale across global brands.

You’ll lead the rollout of creative technology, automate workflows with AI, and set rhythms for multi-market delivery. This is a hybrid role with a chance to shape the future of brand operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience selecting and implementing creative operations platforms (DAM, DCO, D2P workflows).
• Proven track record leading an in-house creative studio within a global brand.
• Extensive production and project management across multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing external agencies and rosters.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative tech roll-out, platform selection and AI integration across brands.
• Set operational rhythms and end-to-end workflows for multi-market teams.
• Build and run the in-house creative studio with central ops.
• Manage budgets, tools and production costs with ROI focus.
• Use data to track health and drive throughput, turnaround and efficiency.
• Connect central teams with markets and external partners for alignment.
