Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial experience.
• Senior commercial or frontline sales leadership experience.
• Experience across markets with different levels of maturity.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group Sales Execution team and shape the Sales Execution model.
• Define future operating model, strategy, and roadmap across outlets and market coverage.
• Drive transformations with Regions and Markets and ensure adoption.
• Scale proven capabilities, practices and technology across the Group.
