Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or fast-paced in-house digital team.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital products, services or strategic initiatives from end to end.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse global and local programs across strategy, creative, tech and performance.
• Define clear project scopes to set a strong foundation for success.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Proactively manage risks and issues following best practices.
• Forecast and plan resource needs across teams and allocate proactively.
• Guide teams to meet project goals by translating business needs into actionable tasks.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning delivery with business objectives.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products that exceed client expectations.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders from senior management to clients and partners.
• Drive for excellence in end-user experience and business relevance.
