You will partner with executives, lead global channel strategy, plan content calendars and turn business initiatives into clear narratives that resonate across diverse audiences, while driving measurable impact and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in managing internal communication channels for global organisations.
• Translate complex business language into strategic narratives for highly segmented employee audiences.
• Experience serving as a trusted communications adviser to executive leaders.
• Proactive, ownership mindset with strong stakeholder and project management.
• Advanced writing skills in English across formats.
• Experience turning communication performance data into insights; AI experience a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the global internal channel strategy with oversight and optimisation.
• Manage the global intranet and provide support to markets and functions.
• Measure and analyse content performance to inform decisions and drive improvement.
• Develop annual content calendars and produce engaging stories for intranet and other channels.
• Advise Group functions, regions and markets on effective internal communication strategies.
