Hobo Copenhagen is seeking on-call waiters and bartenders to support its F&B team across the cocktail bar, all-day bar & café, restaurant and breakfast service.

We welcome those with hospitality interest and reliability; English communication is required. Roles involve helping on the floor and behind the bar, with shifts morning, daytime, or evening, especially on weekends. Training and growth opportunities are offered as the team opens.

We’re looking for on-call waiters and bartenders to join our F&B team at Hobo Copenhagen, helping out across our cocktailbar, all-day bar & café, restaurant and breakfast service.

You might already have some hospitality experience, or you might be looking for your first opportunity in the industry. What matters most is your personality, reliability and willingness to learn. Bring your curiosity and energy, and we’ll help you build your skills.

You’ll Work Alongside Experienced Colleagues Who Will Show You The Ropes And Support You During Service. Depending On Your Experience And Interests, You’ll

• Welcome guests and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Serve food and drinks, learning about our menus so you can share favourites and make recommendations with confidence.
• Support service behind the bar, preparing drinks and keeping the bar ready for the next round.
• Help prepare for service, set tables and keep our spaces welcoming throughout the shift.
• Stay attentive to guests, listen to their requests and ask a colleague whenever you need a hand.
• Support the team with clearing, resetting and the everyday details that keep service flowing.

You don’t need to be equally experienced on the floor and behind the bar. Tell us what you enjoy and where you feel confident, and we’ll explore where you fit best.

What you bring

You enjoy meeting people and are happy to let your personality show. You’re curious, approachable and willing to get involved, even when something is new to you.

You take your commitments seriously, arrive ready for your shift and support your colleagues when things get busy. You’re comfortable asking questions and taking feedback as you learn.

You can communicate with guests and colleagues in English. Experience from a restaurant, café or bar is welcome, and being comfortable working both on the floor and behind the bar is a definite plus.

You should be available to work at least every other weekend. Being able and keen to work more is a welcome plus. Shifts can be in the morning, daytime or evening.

The practical details

• Position: On-call waiter or bartender, with shifts agreed according to business needs and your availability.
• Start date: February 2027, with the exact date to be agreed.
• Location: Hobo Copenhagen, Helgolandsgade 3, 1653 Copenhagen V.
• Working hours: Morning, daytime and evening shifts, primarily at weekends. You should be available at least every other weekend, and we’d love to hear if you’re keen to work more.
