Job summary

BlueDynamics in Roskilde is seeking a Head Baker to oversee all bakery operations, lead a team of bakers, and ensure top quality across breads and pastries. You will update recipes, manage inventory, schedule production, and maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role with accommodation provided; biometric passport is required within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a professional baker
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Biometric passport or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of bakers including training, scheduling and performance management
• Create and update recipes for breads, pastries and other baked goods
• Ensure that all baked goods meet our high quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients and supplies as needed
• Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
