Position Summary

We are hiring a skilled and experienced baker to join our team at a bakery in Esbjerg, Denmark. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of baking experience and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters for different types of bread, pastries, and desserts.
• Bake products in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Decorate and finish baked goods with glazes, icings, fillings or other toppings.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Clean work area, equipment, utensils and tools after each shift.
• Order ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Train new employees on bakery procedures and recipes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
• Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, sugars and other baking ingredients.
• Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions closely.
