AdminBridge in Faroe Islands is seeking a Head Baker to lead our bakery team. You will oversee all baking operations, create new recipes, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality products for customers.

The role requires at least 5 years of professional baking experience and prior team leadership. You must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Salary is $1200 per month, negotiable, with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and more.
• Develop new recipes and techniques to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise other bakers, ensuring quality products are consistently produced.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery.
• Collaborate with management on menu planning and pricing strategies.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
• Adhere to all health codes and regulations.
