Job summary

BlueDynamics in Roskilde is seeking a Head Baker to oversee all bakery operations, lead a team of bakers, and ensure top quality across breads and pastries. You will update recipes, manage inventory, schedule production, and maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role with accommodation provided; biometric passport is required within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a professional baker

As the Head Baker at our bakery in Roskilde you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakerys operations. This includes managing a team of bakers, creating and updating recipes, ordering ingredients and supplies, and ensuring that all baked goods are of the highest quality.

Salary $1400 per month
