We are in need of a skilled Junior Baker to join our team in Kolding Denmark. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the profession.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the head baker with preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries and desserts.
• Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and proportions.
• Operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers and dough cutters.
• Monitoring baking process to ensure products are baked at correct temperature and time.
• Decorating pastries and desserts as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area and adhering to food safety standards.

Requirements

• Passion for baking and eagerness to learn from experienced bakers.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with precise measurements.
