Job summary

Famly is seeking a GTM Software Engineer to connect our product with commercial functions and data, building customer-facing features and internal tools while ensuring scalable data pipelines. The role is based in Copenhagen, joining the GTM & AI team spanning Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Tech.

You’ll translate business needs into robust technical solutions, own end-to-end delivery, and contribute to a culture of careful design and quality software.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as software engineer, data engineer, or closely related role.
• Comfort working with agent-based LLM coding tools and strong technical judgement.
• Strong experience with modern programming languages and ability to learn new ones.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD.
• Good understanding of relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience building/maintaining data pipelines or ETL processes.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining frontend and backend functionality across the product, with onboarding in focus.
• Building integrations and data pipelines between product, CRM, marketing, web data, and data warehouse.
• Designing well-structured data models and pipelines for maintainability and scalability.
• Improving data quality and reliability across systems.
• Turning business requirements into robust technical solutions, not ad-hoc fixes.
