Job summary

Famly Aps in Copenhagen seeks a GTM Software Engineer to bridge product, commercial functions and data, building customer-facing features and internal tools.

You will design data models and pipelines, improve data quality, and ensure scalable solutions as the business grows, working with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Technology. The role is based in our Copenhagen office with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer or data engineer in a technical role.
• Ability to work with agent-based LLM coding tools and own solutions.
• Strong systems design and ability to make trade-offs.
• Experience with modern languages and Git/CI-CD.
• Relational databases and data modelling familiarity.
• Experience building data pipelines/ETL processes.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend and backend functionality with focus on onboarding experience.
• Build integrations and data pipelines between product, CRM, marketing, data warehouse.
• Design well-structured data models and pipelines for scalability.
• Improve quality and reliability of data across systems.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
