Job summary

Radiant is hiring a Senior GTM Engineer to design and implement AI-powered GTM systems across our client portfolio. You will work directly with founders and commercial leaders, turning strategy into working systems and ensuring they perform across multiple B2B companies.

This role focuses on execution—building, deploying, and optimizing GTM setups, from ICP definition to funnel performance and RevOps infrastructure (HubSpot, data models, dashboards).

Qualifications

• Built and scaled GTM or revenue setups, not just supported them.
• Understanding of pipeline generation and conversion drivers.
• Active use of AI (Claude or similar) to improve speed and quality.
• Ability to operate across multiple companies and contexts simultaneously.
• Strong structured thinking paired with hands-on execution.
• Owning outcomes and being measured on commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end GTM architectures across multiple clients.
• Define ICP, segmentation, and targeting to convert into pipeline.
• Build and optimize sales processes and funnel performance.
• Develop and deploy AI workflows and agents across outbound, CRM, and reporting.
• Own and scale RevOps infrastructure (HubSpot, data models, automation, dashboards).
• Translate data into clear commercial actions and improvements.

The Role

You will work directly with founders and commercial leaders, and your core responsibility is execution: building, deploying, and optimizing GTM setups across multiple B2B companies.

This is not advisory. You are responsible for turning strategy into working systems-and making them perform.

What You’ll Own

• Design and implement end-to-end GTM architectures across multiple clients
• Define and operationalize ICP, segmentation, and targeting that convert into pipeline
• Build and optimize sales processes and funnel performance
• Develop and deploy AI workflows and agents (incl. Claude) across outbound, CRM, and reporting
• Own and scale RevOps infrastructure (HubSpot, data models, automation, dashboards)
• Translate data into clear commercial actions and improvements
• Continuously improve performance across clients through structured experimentation and iteration
