Job summary

Dimmi is seeking a founding GTM lead in Copenhagen to build the commercial function from the ground up. You will own the pipeline end to end, from prospecting through to conversion, and lead outbound sales to Danish employers with international workforces.

The role requires fluent Danish and strong English, with a passion for immigration and mobility trends. You will work closely with the founders, shape strategy, and have real influence on product direction as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or GTM roles.
• Fluent Danish and professional English.
• Experience working independently in an early-stage environment and being measured on results.
• Interest in immigration and labour mobility.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial pipeline end to end: prospecting, qualification, meetings, pilots, and conversion to paying customers.
• Build and run outbound sales toward Danish employers with international workforces, including universities, life science, engineering, and professional services.
• Use AI tools actively in daily work and build workflows for prospecting and pipeline management.
• Represent Dimmi at events and in the Danish HR and global mobility community.
• Share learnings from the market with the product team.
